  1. •This product has not been cleared or approved by the FDA

  2. •This product has been authorized by the FDA under an EUA for use by healthcare providers as personal protective equipment.

  3. •This product is only authorized for the duration of the declaration that circumstances justifying the authorization of emergency use under Section 564(b)(1) of the Act, 21 USC 360bbb-3(b)(1) unless the authorization is terminated or revoked sooner.


Not Intended For:

  1. •Surgical (Sterile OR) use

  2. •Uses where significant amounts of exposure to hazardous fluid is expected

  3. •Situations where level 3 or 4 protection is required

  4. •Situations with a possibility of exposure to high heat or flammable gas
